Nakedness is a mental, spiritual, emotional journey of high vibrations. Nakedness isn't the act of being nude but of letting go and being free. These sessions are open to bodies + beings of all shapes + sizes regardless of sexuality, gender identity, age, or experience level.
Any level of nudity is welcomed, whether topless, fully nude, or clothed.
These are brave, trauma-informed spaces to express yourself + experience freedom in whatever way you’re comfortable.

A multidisciplinary approach informed by over a decade of experience in front of + behind the lens makes for easy, relaxed sessions whether in studio or outdoor.
I'm passionate about exploring true vulnerability through intimate collaboration with other artists. Whether you have a vision or are looking to find one - I welcome the challenge.
I do all my own hair, makeup, and wardrobe. Face and body paint too! I'm available to style shoots, I create costuming and have a wide variety of clothing + props to choose from. I always travel with an attractive selection of genuine vintage pieces.

I’m a single mother living with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, POTS, + a combination of disabling diagnosis. These are chronic, degenerative genetic/autoimmune disorders that will ultimately take my mobility + my life. This is my full-time job. This is how I live. I have no agency representation, only the support of my community. I am absolutely devoted to artistic integrity, I art for art’s sake, & I challenge you to value that.
I deserve to be able to meet my basic needs & the rates I set reflect not only my expertise but my lived reality & cost of living. I’m the most understanding human on the planet, just be open & honest with me. Communication is key to everything! Tell me where you’re at while respecting the position I’m in as well.

My Story
As a single mother living with chronic illness, I occupy some spaces on the fringe of our society. Art heals me, allows me to articulate my grief, my fear, my dreams; which are often shared. I discover the truth of poetry all over again in images. In our suffering humanity is united. The intricacies of our happiness-es are unique to us - but the ways in which we hurt, our loneliness or longing, our rejection or heart break, aren’t they all the same stories no one is brave enough to cry about in public?
Art is the airing of our collective dirt laundry, our embarrassments, our weak spots, our wounds; the spaces in which divinity enters.
Art is how we make sense of a paradoxical world. How we articulate and explore what is painful or joyful or challenging. It is to look at the world unblinking, to never shut one’s eyes. It is a process I invite you to share with me. Making meaning is perhaps the most important thing we can do with this life. My love affair with art began with poetry, lead to prose, and then to the camera where I found a way beyond the limitations of language.
An act of creation heals the self and the world. I am inspired by the stories of the people I collaborate with, by the resiliency of the human spirit, and the ability to come together in times of extreme division.

These visual essays are narratives built to explore questions that are often difficult and challenge us to become more self-aware. Encouraging introspection through art for the purpose of developing a more conscious community is something I’m extremely passionate about. I believe art shows us what is possible.

Why Nude?
People often ask me why the nude form is so prominent in my work. This isn't an easy one to answer. I'll begin with the obvious; the human body is magnificent and beautiful in every manifestation and I think it's worth celebrating. I believe that nakedness is our first language, it brings us back to the primal being, before there was a self and an identity to perform. It is the most honest part of humanity. The body tells stories and they are always true. I use the nude form as an instrument to seek truth wherever it hides in this world of illusion. This is in protest of lying. This is in protest of the idea that the naked body is a weapon.
Having experienced the power of body positive nudity in my own life, this is the foundation on which I built my nude yoga classes. Join me for a session to see for yourself the freeing power of nude movement in a safe, inclusive space.
