As a shapeshifter by nature, I wear many titles. Whether you know me as Crypt Keeper, Thresh-Holder, Tide Tender, or Empathetic Instigator - I’m always working with the medicine of the mycelium and the mirror. Using multidimensional experiential design, I curate and create containers for catharsis, (re)connection, and (re)sensitization.

It’s my intention to support you in attuning to your body’s innate, healing intelligence so that together we activate cellular remembering, accessing the ancestral archive of embodied wisdom that is your birthright.

Our breath reflects the current nature of our love, authentic expression, and sense of belonging. When the river of breath flows, we’re at home, at ease and free to fall in love.

Using multidimensional experiential design, I curate and create containers for catharsis, (re)connection, and (re)sensitization. I call my approach to psycho-spiritual-social resourcing Re-Sorcery because we’re returning to the body’s innate, sensual magic. Your body knows how to heal, it’s a matter of getting quiet enough to hear your cells speaking. I bring a trauma-informed, queer and trans-centered, person-first, non-pathologizing lens to this work.

My perspective is informed by my identity as a child of immigrants, a mother living in a disabled body, an autistic ADHD sensory seeker, a genderfluid bisexual polyamorous switch, and restorative storyteller.

This path is both highly subtle and fiercely intense — yet responsive to your unique organic rhythm. There is a pace and a dosage for everyone. The medicine I share is what saved me and continues to save me moment-to-moment. It will midwife your multidimensional awareness, if you allow and lean it. Not all healing is hard.
